A CONSULTATIVE MEETING WAS HELD BETWEEN THE FOREIGN MINISTRIES OF MONGOLIA AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC

A consultative meeting between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic was held on September 14 in Ulaanbaatar. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Sh. Odonbaatar, Director for Policy and Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and Junior Deputy Minister Ivan Jančárek of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

The two sides have broadly discussed the possibilities of further expanding political and economic relations, especially in the fields of agriculture and education, in addition to consulting future plans and other possible areas of cooperation. Furthermore, the two sides have exchanged views on current international and regional issues and foreign policy objectives of the two countries. Both sides have expressed their interest in further expanding cooperation areas of mutual interest.
